You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least a few hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book online in future.
We take reasonable care of every vehicle in our workshop. Customers are responsible for removing valuables from their vehicle prior to drop-off. Orion Fx is not liable for pre-existing damage not noted at check-in.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods available at our workshop location.
Orion Fx will perform services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
